Terms of Service

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Services for a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

2. Products and subscriptions

Trivesper offers separate products and plans. Product pages and checkout screens identify the applicable product, price, billing frequency, and included functionality.

Hosted SaaS subscriptions are governed by the plan selected at checkout. A one-time digital product purchase, such as CAOS PRO, does not by itself create a hosted SaaS subscription or hosted application entitlement.

3. CAOS Notion digital products

CAOS FREE is provided at no charge. CAOS PRO is a one-time digital purchase at the price displayed at checkout, currently ₹1,999 unless otherwise stated.

A CAOS Notion purchase provides the right to access and duplicate the purchased template for your own use, subject to the applicable Notion functionality and any access restrictions applied to the template.

You may customize a duplicated template for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish as your own template, or commercially distribute the original or substantially similar template as a competing template product.

4. Payments

Payments for paid products are processed through the payment method presented at checkout. We may use third-party payment processors, including Razorpay.

You authorize the payment processor to charge the amount shown at checkout. We do not receive or store your complete payment-card credentials.

Prices and applicable taxes, if any, are shown during checkout. We may issue invoices or payment records as required by applicable law.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the Services to violate applicable law, infringe another person's rights, interfere with the Services, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, or circumvent security or access controls.

You must not use Trivesper products to misrepresent Trivesper's ownership, impersonate us, or remove attribution or access controls where those controls are part of the product.

6. Intellectual property

Trivesper and its licensors retain all rights in the Services, software, documentation, product designs, templates, branding, and related materials except for content you independently provide.

Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use purchased digital products for your permitted internal or personal use.

7. Third-party services

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party services such as Notion, payment providers, authentication providers, AI providers, and other integrations. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms and policies.

We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, data practices, or functionality outside our reasonable control.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Services available and functional but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. For paid subscriptions, material changes will be handled according to the applicable plan terms and applicable law.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Services are provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that use of a template or software product will produce any particular business, sales, marketing, or financial result.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Trivesper will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, abuse, non-payment, or material violation of these Terms, subject to applicable law.

Termination does not transfer ownership of Trivesper intellectual property or waive obligations that by their nature should survive termination.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Josh Kosh Online Services Private Limited, subject to mandatory consumer-protection or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted at the canonical URL below with an updated effective date.
