Trivesper

Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 17, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Trivesper ("Trivesper," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our public websites, create an account, or use our software products, including Marketing OS and products offered through the Trivesper SaaS Factory division (collectively, the "Services").

1. Information we collect

The information we collect depends on how you interact with the Services:

  • Account and authentication data. When you register or sign in, we may collect identifiers such as your name, email address, username, and authentication credentials or tokens. If you use third-party sign-in (for example, Google), we receive information from that provider as permitted by your settings and their policies.
  • Workspace and product usage data. When you use Marketing OS or related tools, we process information you provide or generate in the product, such as organization and brand settings, marketing content, campaign data, knowledge-base materials, integration connections, and operational logs needed to run workflows you initiate.
  • Communications and support. If you contact us (for example, by email or through lead or problem-intake forms), we collect the content of your message and contact details.
  • Technical data. We automatically collect certain technical information when you use the Services, such as IP address, browser type, device information, and request logs. We use cookies and similar technologies where needed to maintain sessions, protect accounts, and keep the Services working (see Section 5).

2. How we use information

We use the information described above to:

  • Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services;
  • Authenticate users and enforce access controls within workspaces;
  • Process actions you request, including publishing or connecting to third-party platforms when you authorize integrations;
  • Generate or assist with content and insights using AI features you choose to use, consistent with your instructions and product settings;
  • Respond to inquiries and provide customer support;
  • Monitor reliability, security, and abuse, and to comply with applicable law.

3. Third-party services and integrations

The Services rely on infrastructure and partners to function. Depending on your configuration and use, this may include:

  • Hosting and infrastructure (for example, cloud hosting providers that serve our web application and API);
  • Authentication providers (for example, Google sign-in and, when enabled, Supabase Auth);
  • Marketing and social platforms (for example, LinkedIn, Meta, or Google services) when you connect accounts or request publishing through those channels—those platforms receive data according to your connection and their terms;
  • AI and search providers used to power product features you invoke, which may process prompts and related context you submit through the Services.

We do not control third-party sites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

4. How we share information

We may share information:

  • With service providers that process data on our behalf to operate the Services, subject to appropriate safeguards;
  • With third-party platforms when you direct us to publish content or use an integration you have authorized;
  • With other members of your organization or workspace according to your role and product permissions;
  • When required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Trivesper, our users, or others;
  • In connection with a business transaction such as a merger or asset sale, with notice where required by law.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar storage mechanisms that are necessary to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and secure the Services. When Supabase Auth is enabled, authentication-related cookies may be set by our auth provider as part of sign-in flows. We do not describe third-party advertising or analytics cookies here unless and until we deploy such tools on the public site; if we add optional analytics in the future, we will update this policy.

6. Data retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services, fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary based on the type of data and your relationship with us (for example, active workspace data versus security logs). When data is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

7. Security

We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We do not represent that we hold specific security certifications unless we explicitly state otherwise on our website.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of your personal information, or to object to or withdraw consent for specific uses. You may update some account information within the product where settings are available. To exercise rights or ask questions about this policy, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your request before responding.

9. International users

If you access the Services from outside the country where our systems are hosted, your information may be processed in jurisdictions that may have different data protection laws than your own.

10. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate steps.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy at https://www.trivesper.com/privacy-policy and update the effective date at the top. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy where permitted by law.
