Terms for using Trivesper SaaS Factory.
Agreement
By creating a Factory account or using SaaS Factory, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
SaaS Factory provides access to a portfolio of focused business tools through a Factory account. Individual products may store working data on your device. Features and availability may change as the portfolio grows.
Accounts
You are responsible for your sign-in credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate account information and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Payments and prepaid access
Factory plans determine whether your account can open paid products. The Free plan does not include paid product access. Paid plans provide prepaid access for 30 days (30-day option) or 365 days (annual option) after payment is confirmed on our servers. This is not an automatic recurring subscription. When your prepaid period ends, purchase again to continue access.
For billing questions, account closure, refund requests, or payment disputes, contact support@trivesper.com. We will review requests according to applicable law and our internal billing process.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse Factory, attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or use it in violation of applicable law.
Intellectual property
Trivesper owns the Factory service, branding, and product software. You retain ownership of content you provide. We receive only the rights needed to operate the service.
Disclaimers
Factory tools are provided for business assistance. Outputs are informational and may require human review. Factory is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Trivesper is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of Factory. Contact support@trivesper.com if you have questions about liability limits or mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you.
