How Trivesper handles information when you use SaaS Factory.
Overview
Trivesper provides SaaS Factory, a portfolio of focused business tools available through a Factory account and prepaid access plans. This policy describes the kinds of information involved and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Account information — such as your name, email address, and sign-in credentials you provide when creating a Factory account.
- Prepaid access and access information — such as your Factory plan, prepaid access period, workspace, and which products your account can open.
- Support communications — information you send when contacting support@trivesper.com.
- Product data on your device — several Factory products store working data in your browser on your device. That data is not uploaded unless a specific product feature clearly says otherwise.
How we use information
We use this information to operate Factory accounts, provide product access, process prepaid plan payments, respond to support requests, and improve the Factory portfolio.
Sharing and service providers
We do not sell your personal information. We use service providers where needed to operate Factory accounts, authentication, hosting, and payments. Current providers include Supabase (authentication), Razorpay (payment processing), Google (optional sign-in with Google), and our hosting providers for the Factory storefront and commercial API.

Retention and security
We keep information only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. Account closure and data deletion requests should be sent to support@trivesper.com. We apply reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may update account details from your Factory account where available, contact us about access or correction requests, or ask us to close your account by emailing support@trivesper.com. We will respond to privacy requests as required by applicable law.
Changes
We may update this policy as Factory evolves. The current version is posted on this page.
